Independent strategy recommendations for seasons 1–6. A selected season includes heroes from that season and all earlier seasons. Joiner tiers and creator tiers are different ratings.

## Joining a rally

Place a recommended hero in slot 1. Choose a hero with a strong first damage War skill. For the joiner-skill rule, slots 2 and 3 can stay empty. The first War skills of the four priority joiners apply to the rally.

S = Go-to. A and B = OK alternatives. D = Avoid in the first slot when joining. These ratings do not describe overall hero strength.

Vivian is a Go-to (S-tier) rally joiner from season 1. Some players consider Minyeon & Taehun S tier; this guide lists them as OK because the English skill tooltip appears to apply only to hero damage rather than troop damage.

## Creating a rally

Pick heroes with War skills that boost damage. All three heroes and all their War skills matter. Among rally joiners, select the recommended first heroes with the most stars and use the member menu’s First in Battle action to move those participants into the top four positions. Check their first War skill levels as well.

## War skill example

Phoenix’s first War skill, Crush Defense, increases allied troops’ damage: +5%, +10%, +15%, +20% and +25% at skill levels 1 through 5 respectively.
